We built a Laravel-powered landing page that handled registrations, sent confirmation emails automatically, and gave the organizing team a secure admin panel to manage attendees.

What We Were Up Against
Hosting an exclusive summit for senior executives meant the platform had to project professionalism on first impression. It also needed a registration system that confirmed instantly with a branded email, an admin panel secure enough for sensitive attendee data, and rate limiting to prevent spam before the event reached capacity.
How We Solved It
We used Laravel 13 with TailwindCSS and Vite. The registration system auto-approved entries and triggered confirmation emails immediately via Gmail SMTP. The admin panel used session-based authentication with approval, rejection, and deletion modals. Security hardening included Helmet middleware, IP-based rate limiting, CSRF tokens, input sanitization, and a Content Security Policy using APP_URL for domain portability.
What We Delivered
The summit platform launched ahead of the May 2026 event date. Registrations filled smoothly, confirmation emails went out automatically, and the admin team had full visibility into attendees through a clean dashboard. The platform handled the entire registration lifecycle without any manual intervention.
