What We Were Up Against
Building a delivery-first e-commerce experience that felt intuitive for customers in Akure, where most shopping still happens in markets. The system needed a smooth order flow, real-time stock management, and automated communications for a team with no prior digital operations experience.
How We Solved It
We chose WordPress and WooCommerce for rapid deployment and ease of ongoing management. Paystack was integrated for reliable Nigerian payment processing. A membership system was configured with automated sequences for cart abandonment, order confirmations, and promotional campaigns. Over 500 products were uploaded and organized into 30+ categories, and the site was optimized for fast mobile load times.
What We Delivered
Minuteman went live with a fully functional checkout, Paystack payments, and automated emails running from day one. The platform serves residents from Oke-Ila to FUTA Gate and has processed over 2,000 orders since launch, with a growing rider network delivering same-day across the city.
