Ren Power Group is a full-stack marketplace built to connect the key stakeholders in Nigeria's solar energy ecosystem. Homeowners browse products and request custom quotes; manufacturers and distributors manage listings and respond; certified recyclers handle end-of-life panels. An admin dashboard oversees the entire platform.

What We Were Up Against
Previous contractors failed to deliver this platform. We inherited a vision with no working codebase and had to build everything from scratch. The requirements were complex: four user roles, a quote-based pricing system, a recycler discovery network with unique profile URLs, a full admin dashboard with analytics, and an AI chatbot that remembered returning users.
How We Solved It
We chose Next.js 15 App Router for the frontend and Express.js with Prisma for the backend. JWT authentication was implemented for all four user roles. The quote system was built as a request-response flow with manufacturer-side pricing. Recycler profiles used unique username URLs. The AI chatbot was custom-built with intent detection, multi-step conversations, and localStorage-based user recognition. Admin analytics used real database charts with CSV and PDF export.
What We Delivered
The platform launched to production serving all four user roles. The client was so satisfied they provided a testimonial calling out our ability to understand their requirements and execute like real builders. A previous team could not pull it off. We did — and it is live.
